Roy Chitwood, CSP, CSE, author of  ‘World Class Selling: the complete selling process’, will be in Sri Lanka to hold a CEO forum titled “Integrated Strategy to Manage Global Business Issues” at the Colombo Hilton on the 19th of September 2006 followed by a seminar on “Your Customer Is Your Partner” for senior and middle management, which will be held at the Trans Asia Hotel on the 20th of September 2006. Roy has been a leader his entire career: First in the insurance industry, and since 1976 as President of Max Sacks International (MSI), the firm that has been teaching sales professionals to sell more effectively since 1958. He has spent 35 years developing, practicing and teaching a professional approach to sales. In addition to his most recent groundbreaking book, he is also the author of numerous articles, a weekly sales column, and several other books.
