A very informative and educational seminar on “Letter Writing & Telephone Handing Skills” organized by McQuire Rens & Jones took place on the 15th March 2007 at the Hotel Taj Samudra. This programme captured an audience consisting of 170 Receptionists, Secretaries, Tele-Marketers, Coordinators & Executives representing various organizations aspiring to maintain an image of poise and Professionalism.
The session was facilitated by Mr. Asoka Perera who is a psychologist & management trainer from Australia who carries with him years of experience. The session was ended with a guest appearance by Mr. Mahanama Dodampegama, Director of A. Baur & Co. Ltd., who spoke on “Personal Confidence Building’ geared the participants to grasp the learning with confidence. The very encouraging feedback received from the participants has prompted McQuire Rens & Jones to consider a repeat of this programme.
